We’re trying to find a place to move to from the leavenworth area - with more employment opportunities and are considering Topeka and these apartments. However, not wanting to live somewhere that looks like trash and has a bunch of trash living there - I dont care if the people are poor or whatever as long as they aren’t drug dealers/trouble makers/etc.
I’d also like a place with friendly management that might actually fix something that doesn’t work right/breaks - place we are at now isn’t very attentive to the needs of its tenants.
