I recently attended High School musical on Ice at an Expocenter here in Topeka. We were attempting to go over a row of seats, but in between a space of seats really, not the actual seat. I somehow cut my inner thigh on one of the seats’ armrests, which were all metal, no cushioning They are all like that.. Blood everywhere, I let AMR treat me, but I drove myself. I know how costly a ride from them can be, plus my kids were freaked out, to say the least. Well, the manager called the next day offered me free ticketes to the next show, and that was it. This is after 12 stitches on the outside and 3 on the inside. We did not attend the show. It’s too sore and my kids were OK with that. My question is, do they have to pay my bill, or anything else?
I went in between the seats. Only because there was no other way. NOT over them There was a space big enough to pass throguh. I agree, THAT would have been my fault. As for my kids. They followed me, safely.. It was a passing area, even one of the workers there agreed. ALmost forgot. The arm rest was NOT smooth, but sharp, like they all are. I am never one to complain and I never see bad experiences as a way to make money
