I recently attended High School musical on Ice at an Expocenter here in Topeka. We were attempting to go over a row of seats, but in between a space of seats really, not the actual seat. I somehow cut my inner thigh on one of the seats’ armrests, which were all metal, no cushioning They are all like that.. Blood everywhere, I let AMR treat me, but I drove myself. I know how costly a ride from them can be, plus my kids were freaked out, to say the least. Well, the manager called the next day offered me free ticketes to the next show, and that was it. This is after 12 stitches on the outside and 3 on the inside. We did not attend the show. It’s too sore and my kids were OK with that. My question is, do they have to pay my bill, or anything else?
I went in between the seats. Only because there was no other way. NOT over them There was a space big enough to pass throguh. I agree, THAT would have been my fault. As for my kids. They followed me, safely.. It was a passing area, even one of the workers there agreed. ALmost forgot. The arm rest was NOT smooth, but sharp, like they all are. I am never one to complain and I never see bad experiences as a way to make money

Did the Court provide Remedy? Did the ruling address Public School Funding Formulas that are ruled by the same Court as unconstitutional or did they just comment on the race aspect of the Topeka Kansas ruling. I would hope this wasn’t a ruling to disengage jurisprudence, Chief Justice Roberts swore in his testimony he would honor previous Case Laws. I am hopeful that the Court has sought a sound direction to place the country on better footing for all public school students.

Does anyone know the judicial opinion on this case of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas along with his vote?

Okay, here is the situation.
Last March i lost custody of my children because the court medieder did not contact the mental heath facility I was going to after the death of my newborn.
Instead he waited until the day before the court date and decided to diagnose me himself as being mentally ill.
My ex had a lawyer and I did not, so I lost custody based on being mentally ill and having a CLUTTERED house.
Not a dirty house. my house is always clean.
Anyway, I now have a lawyer who says i have to get a second mental evaluation. She has a copy of the mental evaluation from back in March. The one the Mediader never bothered to get and it says I was never mentally ill.
Today i went back to the mental health facility for a new evaluation but was turned away because they don’t handle Custody evaluations. Where am I supposed to go to get a custody mental health evaluation

I have asked this question a couple times but all I ever get are people telling me to hire a lawyer. they never actually answer the question I’m asking.
This has to do with Topeka custody cases that are going terribly wrong.
Not only my own case but many others I know of. Its a common ocurance from what I’ve been told by a couple recourse centers but nobody knows how to make it stop or how to orginize anything to make a petition or change the laws.
If anyone knows anything about this sort of thing or just has an idea please post it.
Thank you
THANK YOU! I appreciate your input. Tat was a great idea and I will try it.
Does anyone else have an idea or know of a resources that might help?
